WHAT WE DO
WE SUPPORT CHILDREN & YOUTH LIVING WITH DISABILITIES
ASSISTIVE TECHNOLOGY ACCESS
ZABS ensures that learners with disabilities can access affordable assistive technologies such as Braille printers, hearing aids, screen readers, wheel chairs and tactile learning tools.Through partnerships with local and international institutions we promote innovation and sustainable technology use.
CALL TO ACTION
We are transforming Zimbabwe’s education system one reverse inclusive school, one empowered child at a time. Every classroom we construct, every assistive device we provide, and every counselling session we offer brings us closer to a Zimbabwe where all children — regardless of ability — can learn, grow, and lead with dignity. Your support enables us to reach vulnerable communities, train teachers in inclusive methods, and restore hope to children affected by bullying, trauma, and exclusion.
ANTI BULLYING AWARENESS CAMPAIGNS
We run nationwide campaigns and school programs that teach empathy, kindness, and understanding.
Through storytelling, workshops, and community dialogue, we challenge cultural myths and attitudes that perpetuate exclusion.
MENTORSHIP & LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
We provide long-term mentorship programs for young people, focusing on personal growth, ethics, self-discipline, and purpose-driven living.
Through school and community-based mentorship, we prepare youth to overcome peer pressure, drug use, and social challenges.
REVERSE INCLUSIVE SCHOOLS
We build Reverse inclusive schools in vulnerable communities across Zimbabwe. These are tailored with all its tools and methods that prioritize accessibility, empathy, and participation from the start.
Our model Reverse inclusive schools allows children with disabilities to learn alongside non-disabled peers in safe, adaptive, and empowering environments.
PSYCHOTHERAPY COUNSELING
We offer psychotherapy counselling to children, and youths who have experienced bullying, trauma, substance abuse, or behavioral challenges.
Our trained counsellors provide individual and group therapy sessions in schools and communities.
Through psychosocial support, we help young people rebuild confidence and rediscover hope.
WHAT WE CARE FOR
At ZABS, we understand that disability is not a limitation — it is a reflection of how society designs its environments, attitudes, and opportunities. We recognize that children with disabilities are not defined by their impairments but by their potential, creativity, and strength. Our approach challenges the myths, stigma, and cultural beliefs that have long marginalized persons with disabilities in Zimbabwe. Through inclusive education, assistive technology, and empathy-driven programs, we aim to shift perceptions from pity to partnership, from isolation to inclusion. We see disability as diversity — a source of innovation and humanity that enriches every community.
WE GIVE HOPE
Where others see disability, we see possibility.
We restore dignity to children who have been forgotten and silenced.
Our programs prove that reverse inclusion is not only possible — it’s powerful.
Each success story ignites another flame of hope across communities.
Hope is what keeps us building, believing, and becoming.Because education should never depend on ability or income.
We provide scholarships to children with disabilities and those in financial need.
Support includes tuition, assistive devices, and ongoing mentorship.
Each scholarship represents a story of restored potential.
We invest in dreams — one learner at a time.

NURTURING DREAMS
We believe that every child — with or without a disability — deserves the chance to dream, learn, and thrive. Yet, for many children in rural areas, poverty, stigma, and inaccessible environments place those dreams out of reach. That’s why we are committed to creating pathways of opportunity through reverse inclusive education, assistive technology, scholarships, and psychosocial support. Our programs open doors for children and youth who were once excluded, turning barriers into stepping stones for growth and achievement. Together, we are bringing dreams within reach — one child, one school, and one community at a time.
